Mole Sauce

Generally, a mole sauce contains a fruit, chili pepper, nut, and such spices as black pepper, cinnamon, cumin, and chocolate. The sauce probably covers enchiladas. Enchiladas can be filled with various meats, cheese, vegetable, bean or combinations.
