Sate Lilit

Sate Lilit is made from minced meat (pork, chicken, beef, fish and even turtle), coconut, coconut milk, shallots, lemon juice and pepper. The meat is wound around bamboo, sugar cane or lemongrass sticks, it is then grilled on charcoal.
