Kapusniak is one of the traditional Ukrainian dish. The main ingredient of which is sour cabbage. It is made with mushrooms, carrot, potatoes, onion, and millet. Kapusniak is especially popular in winter time. Meat, sausage, ham or meat broth can be added inside.
