İçli Köfte is a traditional Turkish snack. İçli Köfte consist of a bulgur dough that is wrapped around a ground meat, onion, parsley, and spices filling.

It takes its name from the city of Adana in the southeast of the country. The main ingredients are lamb and tail oil. Kebab is served with roasted tomatoes, green or red pepper, sumac, parsley and bulgur pilaf.
