Lángos is a Hungarian food speciality, a deep fried dough. The dough for lángos is made of water or milk and flour, yeast, sugar and salt. It is eaten fresh and warm, topped with sour cream, grated cheese, garlic sauce even ham or sausages.
It is made from sweet yeast dough and coated in plenty of sugar. Before serving they're usually dusted with toppings like cinnamon or ground walnuts. They're especially popular during the festive season and Christmas markets.
It is chicken meal that is made by onion, green pepper, tomato, garlic, paprika and sour cream. The dish is traditionally served with "dumpling-like boiled egg noodles, a broad noodle similar to the German spätzle.
