Sate Lilit

Sate Lilit is made from minced meat (pork, chicken, beef, fish and even turtle), coconut, coconut milk, shallots, lemon juice and pepper. The meat is wound around bamboo, sugar cane or lemongrass sticks, it is then grilled on charcoal.

Nasi Campur

Nasi Campur is a popular dish in all Indonesia. Every region of Indonesia has different version for the dish, including Bali. Also Bali version is the most well-known version around the world. The Balinese version of mixed rice may have grilled tuna, fried tofu, cucumber, spinach, tempe, beef cubes, vegetable curry, corn, chili sauce on the bed of rice. It is served to wrapped in a banana leaf.

Sambal Matah

Sambal Matah usually eaten with rice and grilled fish or chicken. It contains a lot of finely chopped shallots, chopped bird's eye chili, lemongrass, cooking oil with a dash of lime juice.

Lawar is a traditional dish in Bali. It is made with chopped meat, vegetables, fresh coconut and spices. It can be added animal blood( generally pig or chicken) inside. It is despite, there is vegetarian option of the dish too.
