Raggmunk is the name for a Swedish potato pancake. The pancake is fried in butter. Traditionally Raggmunk is served with cooked pork and of course lingonberry preserve.
Toast Skagen is one of the great classic Swedish dishes. It is made with peeled prawns, mixed with mayonnaise, dill and lemon topped with fish roe and served on crisp, sauteed bread.
Köttbulla is made with ground beef or a mix of ground beef, pork. They are traditionally served with gravy, boiled potatoes, lingonberry jam, and sometimes pickled cucumber.
